For Items Under $50
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll issue a full refund — no need to send it back. Just send us a photo and we'll process it within 24 hours.

For Items Over $50
Contact us within 14 days for a return authorization. We'll provide instructions and a return address if needed.

Change of Mind
We don't accept change-of-mind returns, but if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, message us and we'll do our best to help.
